Petrel Resources announces placing to raise £250,000

Petrel Resources has arranged a placing to raise £250,000 (before expenses). The proceeds of the placing will provide the company with additional working capital, as Petrel's board continues to assess new projects in Iraq, and advance its Ghanaian interests.
