Pet insurance and what it does and does not cover

Ibex Insurance offer a Pet insurance policy which is available for cats and dogs with a minimum age of 8 weeks and up to 8 years for cats and 10 years for dogs at the time of taking the policy. It is a condition that the animal is micro-chipped and registered at a veterinary practice. As the upper age limit is at inception of the policy, as long as the policy is renewed each year, we will continue to offer renewal when your pet passes the 8 or 10 years age for the type of animal.
