Perth affordable housing project in 'very early stages'

The journey to build an affordable housing project at 63 Halton St. in Perth took a giant step forward recently as Perth town council voted 5-2 to transfer surplus land at the site for a 15-unit building, as proposed by Carebridge Community Support, the Saumure Group and Community Housing Initiative Perth.
