Perham celebrates newest community Eagle Scout, Jayce Brown

On Sunday, March 20, Jayce Brown's hard work was celebrated in a ceremony at the ITOW Veterans Museum, where he was presented the Eagle Scout Award in front of a crowd of about 100 people.
