Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with U.S. Government Missions, host country Governments, implementing partners, community-based organizations, and/or other bilateral donors internationally; and experience working with children and adolescent programs, programs to mitigate the effects of HIV in adolescents and young women is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Job holder is required to have in-depth knowledge of PEPFAR and USG development and public health agencies’ visions for global health. By virtue of position, is required to have good understanding of the country and health resources available through government and NGOs.

LANGUAGE: Level IV English ability (Fluent) reading/writing/speaking is required.
