Pennsylvania teachers move up in the COVID-19 vaccine queue, but others on front lines feel left behind: 'I don't think any of it is fair'

Daycare workers, first responders, grocery store employees and others who come in close contact with the public every day all remain in the second tier of Pennsylvania’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout. So Gov. Tom Wolf’s decision to specially accommodate teachers was greeted with skepticism and even anger.
