PennDOT: Work to begin on Route 219 in Elk and McKean counties

RIDGWAY – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced roadwork will begin in April on Route 219 between Ridgway Township in Elk County and Lafayette Township in McKean County.
