As a winter storm continues across central Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has put in place additional travel restrictions for several highways.
The newest announcement places several interstate highways - Interstate 83 in Cumberland, Dauphin and York counties, Interstate 81 in Franklin, Cumberland, Dauphin and Lebanon counties, and Interstate 283 from PA 283 to I-83 - under the state’s Tier 4 restriction plan.
