Pendragon suitor Lithia Motors in 'advanced' talks over £300m Jardine acquisition

Lithia Motors has revealed that it views Jardine Motors as “a platform for future growth in the UK” after it emerged that the US-based car retailer was in advanced talks to acquire the AM100 car retail group.
