Penang mufti reminds mosques' external loudspeakers only for azan

Kuala Lumpur: Penang Mufti Datuk Seri Wan Salim Wan Mohd Noor has reportedly reminded Muslims that external loudspeakers at mosques should only be used for azan and iqamah, which are the first and second call to prayers.
