P.E.I.'s spring dip-net fishery brings calls for more enforcement of smelt limits

Fishing with dip nets for smelts is a long-time tradition on Prince Edward Island. But the spring fishery has grown in popularity, and there are concerns that not everyone is sticking to the limit of 60 fish a day.
