RV driver in custody after hitting pedestrian, police say

Seattle police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by an RV driver on Monday afternoon in West Seattle.
The crash happened on Southwest Andover Street and Delridge Way Southwest after 2:30 p.m.
According to investigators, police attempted to pull over the RV after the driver allegedly failed to stop at a red light several blocks away.
When the RV driver appeared to stop, an officer tried to contact the driver but he reversed and hit an SUV. The driver in the SUV, a 44-year-old woman, was hurt but she was treated at the scene and did not need to go to the hospital.
