PeaceHealth Oregon names Todd Salnas new chief executive

PeaceHealth Oregon network Chief Operating Officer Todd Salnas transitioned into the role of chief executive on March 1, 2021.
Todd Salnas became the new chief executive of the PeaceHealth Oregon network March 1.
Salnas has been with PeaceHealth for nearly two years — he was the interim chief executive for more than four months while continuing his previous role of chief operating officer. He began working as the COO in March 2019. 
Salnas is replacing Mary Kingston, who took extended time off in September, following an unexpected family emergency.
“While we were all hoping that Mary would be able to return and continue serving with her deeply devoted heart, her family is where she is most needed,”  Richard DeCarlo, PeaceHealth’s executive vice president and now chief operating officer, said in a news release. “During this time, Todd effectively provided continuity, stability and support for the network’s caregivers, leaders and providers."
