PD: Serial cigarette thief takes 87 packs from 5 locations

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A Brownsville man was arrested for stealing the same pack of cigarettes five times from different gas stations, police say. Jesse Ocampo was arrested Friday for having five felony warrants for theft, according to the Brownsville Police Department.
