PB committee discusses merger between city, Boys and Girls Club

The city of Pine Bluff Public Works Committee met Wednesday to discuss a possible merger between the city of Pine Bluff and the Boys and Girls Club, an initiative that was brought to the Pine Bluff City Council in November to review.
