GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite – Instead of receiving a gift on his birthday, a man almost lost his cell phone after falling victim to a "salisi" theft incident on Sunday, Dec. 11.
Initial investigation showed that the victim, Jerry A. Viniegra, was holding a party in Barangay Bacao I, attended by his
