PARLATINO: LatAm and Caribbean need peace for their development

United Nations, Feb 10 (Prensa Latina) Peace for Latin America and the Caribbean is, in addition to a desired goal, an indispensable condition for its development, according to the president of the region's Parliament (PARLATINO), Rolando González Patricio.
