Her workplace is on the main street where the crash happened.
"This is the hub of the business centre and you need to be able to access safe parking for shop goers and delivery vehicles," she said.
"It makes it difficult, dangerous and frustrating for a lot of workers and residents each time they come into town.
Mrs Marsh said it was particularly unsafe for delivery drivers.
She said she was unaware the changes were coming until they were put in place.
"I don't think any of the shops were notified of the change and I only found out after our delivery boys from Bloomhill were approached by the council with their ticket book to explain the change," she said.
