Parents of slain Cleveland girl, 14, receive $1m settlement after sex offender raped and killed her

Cleveland outlet Fox 8 reported that they obtained records filed in Cuyahoga County Probate Court asking a judge to approve $1million settlement in the suit surrounding the death of Alianna DeFreeze.
