Asuncion, Jun 28 (Prensa Latina) The manager of the Paraguayan tobacco company S.A. (Tabesa), Jose Ortiz, and other businessmen refused today to testify before a Bicameral Commission of Investigation (CBI) that investigates personalities for alleged money laundering.
