Paraguay hoping to change perceptions of people with disabilities at Tokyo 2020

Paraguay's debut at the Paralympic Games will help change the
perception of people with disabilities and help end the "ignorance"
that exists in the country, the founding head of the Paraguayan
Paralympic Committee has claimed.
