Pan-Mass Challenge: Borges riding in memory of former Taunton solicitor

Borges and Buffington became close friends when the two were members of the City Council.
Buffington was appointed as the city solicitor back in 2012, where Borges became a member of the Zoning Board until 2014, then she became city councilor until 2020.
Borges, who is now a broker and owner for Borges Realty Development and a Bristol-Plymouth School Committee member, spoke about her friend via phone.
Borges said Buffington was a dear friend that she could go to and rely on if she needed anything.
Borges also said she wants people to remember Buffington as someone who always lived life to the fullest, was loyal and was an amazing father, friend and coach.
