After facing major limitations in 2020, the Prineville pool will reopen with open swim, swim lessons, exercise classes and more
A local end-of-school-year tradition will resume next month that is sure to please kids pining for a refreshing swim on a hot summer day.
The Prineville swimming pool will once again open on Friday, June 11, the last day of school, and remain available for open swim and all other traditional activities. Last summer, the local parks district was forced to substantially limit pool access because of COVID regulations.
"For all intents and purposes, things are going to look pretty similar to what they used to be as far as our schedule is concerned," said CCPRD Executive Director Duane Garner.
