Palmyra City Council discusses bid for storm water project near Marion County Courthouse

Palmyra City Council members discussed the bid for a proposed storm water project to stop flooding and erosion of the curb near the Marion County Courthouse. City officials will bring the bid specifications before members of the Marion County Commission, who have agreed to assist the city with the work. If the process moves ahead, the project would begin in the fall.
