Palmer-Donavin, a Columbus-based building materials manufacturer, announced plans to add 20 jobs and expand its Union Township manufacturing facility in Licking County with an $800,000 investment.
The company makes doors at 1120 O’Neill Drive in the Newark Ohio Industrial Park, one of eight company locations in Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. The company came to Union Township in 2014, and has 122 employed there now.
Palmer-Donavin plans to add a second shift of workers at the facility to meet growing customer demand for its products. It is hiring for production and warehouse positions. The hours for the new shift are 3:30 p.m. to midnight.
