PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — The battle against the 1,325 acre brush fire in the Pacific Palisades continued Monday morning, with evacuation orders remaining in effect. Los Angeles Fire Department said the fire was at zero containment Monday morning, and expects the situation will take at least several days to resolve.
No buildings have been damaged as of 10:30 a.m. Monday morning. A total of 540 firefighters had been assigned to the blaze, one of whom suffered a minor eye injury.
