Karachi: The Sindh government has deployed 12 mobile hospital units in different parts of Karachi to vaccinate the people against coronavirus.
The mobile hospitals were provided to the Sindh government’s Health Department by the provincial Rehabilitation Department and will provide inoculation services in different areas of six districts in the city.
Parliamentary Secretary for Sindh Health Department, Qasim Siraj Soomro, said the units were fully equipped to carry out the vaccination service.
He said the mobile units were being deployed in such areas of Karachi where there was an increased demand of vaccination due to high density of population. He appealed to the people to wear face masks, observe social distancing, and other safety precautions while availing the facility.
