Pacific Surfliner service to be impacted for next two years as work to stabilize Del Mar bluffs along LOSSAN railway moves into next phase

As the multi-year project to stabilize the Del Mar coastal bluffs connecting Southern California by rail continues, Pacific Surfliner service on certain days will be impacted for the next two years as crews begin the next phase of work on Sunday.
