Pa. lawmakers seek mandatory 20-year minimum for selling, giving fentanyl to minors

HARRISBURG — A new law proposing to imprison offenders for decades if they’re convicted of furnishing fentanyl to minors was introduced this week by two Republicans in the Pennsylvania Senate.
