Pa. investigators establish tip line in 44-year-old homicide probe

Evelyn Colon, who was from Jersey City, New Jersey, until last week was known as Beth Doe -- the name given to the female remains found with a nearly full-term fetus on Dec. 20, 1976, along the Lehigh River in East Side, Carbon County, according to investigators.
