PA Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro blocks death penalty in state, calls for state lawmakers to do the same

Josh Shapiro will not allow the death penalty in Pennsylvania during his time in officer. He is calling on other lawmakers across the state to repeal the death penalty as well.
