Oxnard man arrested in 1981 killings of two women

Tony Garcia, 68, of Oxnard was arrested Tuesday in the 1981 strangulation deaths of Rachel Zendejas, 20, and Lisa Gondek, 21, authorities said. One woman was sexually assaulted.
