OWWA lauds DILG for supporting 'Hatid-Sundo' program – Manila Bulletin

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Regional Office 1 conferred the "Madaydayaw (Honorable)" award to the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Region 1 (DILG-Region 1) for the latter's assistance to the "Hatid-Sundo" program.
