Owners say they'll keep disobeying park dog leashing bylaws in Gibsons, BC.

Some dogs will be off-leash in Gibsons’ Brothers Park, in violation of a town bylaw, until a “workable” free-range exercise option for those pets is provided, according to a spokesperson for the 3 o’clock small dog group.
