Owners of Chihuahua mauled to death by XL Bully call for the dogs to be muzzled at all times - following spate of fatal dog attacks

David and Laura Williams, of Falmouth, lost their beloved pet Luca in a violent attack on Friday. The American XL Bully, which also bit Laura in the attack, was put down following the incident.
