Owner of Belfast bar Revolución de Cuba says chain will shut number of venues on Mondays and Tuesdays over next few weeks to combat rising costs

The owner of Belfast’s Revolución de Cuba bar has said the chain will be shutting its venues on Mondays and Tuesdays this month and early February in response to rocketing energy costs.
