Overseas Vietnamese Association in Vientiane funds new building of Lao Department of SME Promotion

A new building of the Department of SME Promotion under the Lao Ministry of Industry and Commerce, built with funding from the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Vientiane, was handed over to the Lao Ministry of Industry and Commerce on December 15.
