Over 5 years after Ankit Saxena's murder, Delhi court convicts friend's parents, uncle | Delhi News

All three were accused under Section 302 (murder) read with 34 (common intention) of the IPC. The court additionally convicted Begum under Section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt). The court will decide the quantum of punishment on January 15.
