Over 300 trapped in Yilan hotel after storm forces road closures

Taipei, Oct. 17 (CNA) More than 300 people remain trapped in a hotel in western Yilan County that is running out of power after landslides triggered by downpours from the periphery of Tropical Storm Nesat and seasonal northeasterly winds blocked nearby roadways on Sunday.
