Over 2O government officials trained in International Human Rights Reporting

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Feb, 2021 ) :Over 20 government officials received a two-day training on "Pakistan's International Human Rights Reporting Obligations" organised by Huqooq-e-Pakistan Project, a joint initiative by the Ministry of Human Rights & European Union, and UNDPPakistan.
The training, which was inaugurated by Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department Masood Ahmad, was aimed at enhancing the technical and operational capacities of the officials of the KP Human Rights and Minority Affairs Department and the KP Treaty Implementation Cell in reporting and implementation of international human rights commitments of Pakistan.
