A drug user died after being injected with a cocktail of heroin and cocaine at a crack den in a quiet residential street, an inquest has heard.
Carl Wayne Letman had gone to the property after relapsing following a period of treatment for his addictions. His body was found the following day after a call to police by his concerned mother.
