'You must explain to the public': Prosecutor criticized after RCMP assault charges stayed

An Alberta based lawyer advocating for reform around police prosecution said the prosecutor owes the public an explanation for why assault charges for two Yellowknife RCMP officers were suddenly stayed during their trial in territorial court this week.
