Ottawa police safely locate 9-month-old girl, mother in custody after Amber Alert

Ottawa Police have safely located a nine-month-old girl that was the subject of an Amber Alert on Friday.
Police said the girl’s mother is in custody.
The Amber Alert was issued around 3 p.m. after the 39-year-old mother was last seen with her daughter in the area of Lebreton Street North and Booth Street, just west of downtown Ottawa.
