Ottawa County joins mental health & recovery services board

        The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Director Lori Criss approved Ottawa County’s comprehensive plan to join the Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Mental Health & Recovery Services Board effective Oct. 1.
