Ortega slay case: SC asked to order Reyes’ arrest anew

The Supreme Court has been asked to lift a temporary restraining order it issued in favor of former Palawan governor Mario Joel Reyes, the principal accused in the murder of broadcaster and environmentalist Gerry Ortega.
