The Indian American Chamber of Commerce in Orlando is partnering directly with aid agencies to provide help for hospitals in India.
Anjali Vaya is one of the thousands of Indian Americans who live in Central Florida and said she is heartbroken over what is happening in her home country.Sign up for our Newsletters
India is dealing with large caseloads of COVID-19.
"They are seeing dead bodies in the hundreds that are just being burnt. The numbers are increasing," Vaya said.
