Orlando mother makes plea bargain after daughter fatally shoots woman during fight, prosecutors say

A plea hearing took place for an Orlando mother facing charges of of manslaughter, culpable negligence and child neglect as prosecutors say her daughter fatally shot a woman who the mother was fighting about two years ago.
