A UK High Court has ruled that Chinese handset vendor OPPO must obtain a FRAND (fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory) license to use a Nokia patent covering 4G/LTE and 5G patents and an implementation patent involving the generation of a power supply signal for a power amplifier.
