A Carleton Place man faces charges in what police called a “major” fraud investigation into complaints about deposits on tiny homes that were never built.
An investigation launched in November 2019 into an initial complaint in Lanark County has identified more than 10 people from across the province who were allegedly victimized, according to an Ontario Provincial Police media release on Tuesday.
