Operation Iraqi Freedom: Military Objectives Met

At the outset of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Secretary of DefenseDonald Rumsfeld set eight mission objectives for theoperation.  Accounting for the fact that military is notsolely responsible for meeting these objectives, it is now clearthat it has conducted a successful military campaign.
